What does the dashboard cost my practice?
Nothing. Every clinician and staff member in your practice uses the dashboard for free, with unlimited patient invitations.
Why does each connected patient need Premium?
Premium is what makes logging fast enough to keep up: photo meal logging, barcode scanning and the AI coach. Complete logs make a useful check-in. Patients can subscribe on their own, or your practice can sponsor them.
What if my patient already subscribes?
They keep their own subscription ($9.99 a month or $59.99 a year in the app), and connecting them to your dashboard costs your practice nothing.
How is sponsorship billed?
Monthly, only for patients connected that month: $4.99 per patient, or $3.99 per patient once you sponsor 50 or more. You can stop sponsoring any patient at any time.
Is there a contract, setup fee or seat fee?
No. There is no contract, no setup fee and no charge per clinician.
When does billing start?
After your practice is activated and your first sponsored patient connects. Nothing is charged before then.
Who can use KetoNoir?
Adults 18 and older with an iPhone or Android phone. The app works in English and Spanish.
