KetoNoir for Clinicians
Walk into every check-in already knowing how the month went.
Your patients log meals, ketones, glucose, blood pressure and weight in KetoNoir. With their consent, you see it organized for the visit: daily macros against their targets, biomarker trends, adherence, and the items worth a conversation.
Free for clinicians. Patients connect with one code. English and Spanish.

At the visit
What you see at the check-in
Check-in summary
A plain-language summary since the last visit: days logged, days on target, weight change, average macros and readings. Written from the logged data, not by AI.
Daily macros against targets
Net carbs, protein, fat and calories for every day, with days over the carb goal or under the calorie floor marked. Open any day to see each meal.
Biomarker trends
Blood ketones, glucose, GKI, blood pressure, weight and lipid panels on one page, each reading labeled with where it came from.
Items to review
Logging gaps, elevated ketones with an SGLT2 inhibitor on file, blood pressure at or above 140/90, an LDL change between panels. Every item shows the reading behind it.
Health screening on file
What the patient reported on the in-app safety screening, and whether the AI coach is switched off for them as a result.
Print-ready report
One click turns the check-in into a clean printed report for the chart, on white paper.
Data you can trust in a chart
The app will not report a number it does not have.
When a food source has no value for a nutrient, KetoNoir leaves a gap instead of a zero, and the day total is marked as a floor. A missing sodium value never shows up as a confident 0 mg.
Every food entry records how it was logged: food search, barcode, photo estimate, KetoNoir recipe, restaurant menu, meal plan or manual entry. Every reading records its source: manual entry, Apple Health, Health Connect or the AI coach.
How patients connect
Invite patients in the exam room, in about a minute
- 1
Add your patient
First and last name, email or phone, and preferred language. It takes under a minute.
- 2
Share the code
Hand them a printed sheet with a QR code, or text or email the link. English and Spanish.
- 3
They choose what to share
Patients see exactly what you will see, approve it, and can stop sharing at any time.
Patient connections open when your practice is activated after a short verification. Until then you can invite patients, and they can start logging in the app right away.
Bilingual end to end
The app, the AI coach and the in-house recipe catalog work in English and Spanish, and patient invitations print in either.
Real food, logged fast
176 restaurant chains, 289 in-house recipes across Latin, American, Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisines, and 3,800+ licensed recipes. Barcode, photo and voice logging.
Safety rules in the coach
The AI coach identifies itself as AI, refuses unsafe restriction and shares the eating disorder helpline, and is switched off when a patient reports a condition on the safety screening.
All-in pricing
Free for clinicians. $4.99 to sponsor a patient.
The dashboard costs your practice nothing. Every connected patient is on KetoNoir Premium: they can subscribe on their own, or you can sponsor them for $4.99 a month, half the app price. No setup fees, no seat fees, no contracts.
